SSLC exams from Monday: Bandra test is not allowed while wearing hijab
SSLC exams will start in Karnataka from Monday. The Karnataka High Court has ruled that the Education Department will follow suit.
8,73,846 students from 15,387 schools will take the exam this time. The Department of Education has decided not to leave the hijab wearer to the test center.
Speaking to reporters today, Primary and Secondary Education Minister BC Nagesh said all preparations are being made for tomorrow's SSLC exam. Police have been deployed near the test center because of the hijab conflict. He said Bandra would take action by wearing a hijab.
